We wish to inform you that many banks now have integrated with 3D secure payment layer, and our payment gateway is 3D compliant. This means, holders of Visa or Mastercard issued by these banks need to register themselves and obtain a password before they can make future purchases. This ensures your card is used only by you, and all future purchases will need this password. Some cardholders will be prompted automatically to obtain their password online (the first time they use their cards on a 3D compliant gateaway such as ours) after being asked a few questions related to their credit card.

If you are not prompted but still could not make payment due to 3D-compliant issues, we advise you to contact your bank.
